Client Update – Braiding Hair Policy Beginning April 1, 2026, clients will be responsible for providing their own braiding hair for all braid services. This change allows for greater flexibility in choosing your preferred brand, color, and texture. If you are unsure about what type or amount of hair to purchase, please feel free to contact me prior to your appointment and I will be happy to guide you. Thank you for your continued support. Appointment Policy Notice To respect the time of all clients and ensure the schedule runs smoothly, please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving late may have their service shortened or may need to reschedule depending on the remaining appointment time. Your appointment will be canceled if you are more than 30 minutes late without notice. Please note that no-shows or same-day cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the booking deposit.
